Product description
The Resolute is the ultimate all-weather gravel tire for those who don't want to fuss with condition-specific tires for every season. Small, square knobs deliver consistent bite into a variety of terrain, while the ample spacing between them prevents clogging when conditions become "fun" (i.e., wet).
Thanks to its truly all-season nature and 42mm width, the Resolute is a set-it-and-forget-it choice. It's ideal for endlessly undulating roads regardless of the weather. It is now also available in a 50mm width, making it the clear choice for any rider with a need for speed. Bigger truly is better.
Available with SG2 Puncture Protection
SG2 is our unique puncture protection technology that ensures bead-to-bead defense. This means both the tread and the sidewalls are protected against cuts and punctures.
- The nylon fibers in SG2 have a unique flat profile that reduces the amount of rubber between the fibers.
- This improved fiber-to-rubber ratio increases puncture resistance, reduces weight, and improves the overall liveliness of the tire.
- Although SG2 is primarily a protection layer, its tightly woven fibers also improve air retention, so you don't have to worry about topping off the pressure between rides.
Unbound Race Proven
The 2025 edition of Unbound Gravel brought the usual mix of fast starts, unpredictable weather, and endless miles of unforgiving Kansas terrain. For elite racer Whitney Allison, it was also an opportunity to prove once again that the right equipment is everything.
Whitney powered through the entire 200-mile course on the WTB Resolute 50 SG2 tires, securing a strong 14th place finish—all without a single mechanical issue.
