As is customary for the Wolf Tooth brand, this is not Asian production, but a complex, thoroughly designed component. Everything is designed, processed, and manufactured in Minnesota, USA. The pedal body is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and complemented by 17-4 PH stainless steel axles.

A welcome option is the offering of two different sizes, which should satisfy both the rider with a smaller foot and the giant who uses children's skis instead of shoes! Specifically, the Small size offers a pedal area of 105 x 99 mm and weighs 373 g/pair. The larger Large version offers an area of 112 x 106 mm and weighs 384 g/pair.

The contact area of the pedal is not purely flat; for proper foot placement, it utilizes a dually concave profile, meaning the profile tapers from the outer edges toward the center. The thickness of the pedal at the narrowest center point is only 12.5 mm, and 14 mm at the edges. A secure connection between the pedal and the sole is ensured by a set of 11 stainless steel pins on each side of the pedal. They are screwed in from the opposite side, so replacing them is straightforward. The package also includes 6 spare pins, just in case.

The pedals are equipped with a trio of high-quality, fully sealed bearings, which are additionally protected on the outside by a specifically designed radial seal. Everything is again fully and easily serviceable; basic hex keys are sufficient for disassembly.
