Product description

This chainring is part of Wolf Tooth’s patented CAMO system. It is only compatible with the CAMO Spider (carrier/mount). The name comes from the English phrase Chain and Material Optimalization. It features several advantages over the classic design:

• Perfect chainline for precise shifting and long lifespan.

• Optimal material utilization in the weight/strength/durability ratio.

• Lower price for the chainring itself.

• Fast and easy replacement using only five bolts. There is no need to disassemble the crankset. The threads for the bolts are directly in the chainring—no nuts required.

• Simple availability during replacement; one chainring style fits multiple types of cranksets (when paired with the correct CAMO spider).

• Patented Drop-Stop tooth profile which works perfectly and eliminates the need for a chain guide.

• Suitable for 1x9 (in this case, we recommend using a narrower 10-speed chain for a tighter connection with the chainring), 1x10, 1x11, and 1x12 groupsets.

• Available in two tooth profiles depending on the SRAM or Shimano groupset used (see table). Primarily compatible with SRAM T-TYPE.

• ATTENTION: Not compatible with 12s Shimano HG+, 12s KMC, or 13s Campagnolo.
