Product description

This kit contains four 2mm shims to complement the 4mm shims that are already installed at the factory. Arrange the shims in the order that corresponds to your desired Q-factor. Apply a coat of petroleum jelly to the outside of the bearings before installation.

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is only required if you wish to fine tune the Q-factor in 2mm increments to achieve the 53mm and 57mm positions. The shims fitted to the pedals from the factory set the pedal to the standard 55mm position and can be readjusted to 51mm or 59mm.
