The WCS C220 stem offers great performance comparable to the revolutionary C260 design, but with a molded clamp interface and forward-facing bolts, it's much quicker and easier to install and remove.

The WCS C220 84D stem offers ±6° of angle (both positive and negative). The C220 handlebar clamp design, first tested on a Ritchey Trail stem, wraps the handlebars a full 220°, creating an even more secure connection. The tightening force of the bolts acts directly against the stem body, so the stem literally “hugs” the handlebars, significantly reducing the risk of damage to the lightweight (carbon) handlebars. This design also made it possible to lighten the front cap and the stem body itself without any loss of strength or stiffness.

The stem body is made from 2014 forged aluminum alloy for further weight savings, and premium black stainless steel bolts are used throughout the structure.
