Designed for broken asphalt, packed dirt, fine gravel or any combination of these, the Strada Bianca is the literal definition of All Road – it builds on the heritage of the classic Challenge road tire, but with reinforced sidewalls and a more durable compound, the Strada Bianca blurs the line between road performance and ultra-fast gravel riding.

This handmade PRO version combines a supple Super Polyester cord carcass with a durable SmartPlus compound.

This tubeless Challenge TLR model is also compatible with hookless rims in widths 33C and larger.

For a perfect tubeless installation, the manufacturer recommends using Challenge Smart Tubeless Sealant.

CONSTRUCTION: Handmade

Handmade Challenge tires combine comfort, performance and grip in a way that conventional tires cannot match. They are assembled step by step by experienced craftsmen. High-quality natural adhesives and latex coatings are applied to ultra-pliable cord materials such as silk, cotton or polyester. The result is a small-batch tire with a ride feel that is on a whole new level.

Everyday Luxury – The workhorse of Challenge’s handcrafted tires, the PRO line offers performance and ride feel that traditional vulcanized tires can’t match, making it ideal for demanding everyday riding.

CASING: Super Polyester 260 TPI

Super Polyester with a high thread density (220-300 TPI) forms the basis of the brand's most affordable handmade cords. Polyester is significantly softer and stronger than nylon, is waterproof and very durable.

MIXTURE: SMARTplus

A more durable rubber compound with higher cut resistance, designed for the demands of gravel and rough terrain. The SMARTplus compound wears more slowly, keeping the tread edges sharper for longer and increasing confidence on mixed surfaces.

DEFECT PROTECTION: PPS2

Tires designed for broken roads, catheads and gravel are equipped with an additional protective layer of PPS (PPS2) placed on the inside of the cord carcass.
