Handmade

Challenge handmade tires combine comfort, performance, and grip in a way other tires cannot match. Our handmade tires are assembled step-by-step by experienced craftspeople. High-quality natural glues and latex coatings are applied to ultra-supple casing materials like silk, cotton, or polyester. The result is a small-batch tire whose ride feel is simply on another level.

PRO Series

Everyday Luxury – Our workhorse handmade tires make up the PRO series, delivering performance and ride feel unmatched by traditional vulcanized tires. They are perfect for the rigors of daily riding.

Super Polyester 220 TPI Casing

Super Polyester casings with a higher thread count of 220–300 TPI make up our most affordable handmade casings. Polyester is much softer and stronger than nylon, is impervious to water, and is quite durable.

TREAD COMPOUND: SMART

Our standard rubber compound, SMART, represents the perfect balance between durability and performance. Our handmade construction ensures that the tread compounds are never hardened or heated by the vulcanization process.

PUNCTURE PROTECTION: PPS

Our Puncture Protection System (PPS) is a tough, tightly-woven fabric placed between the tread and the casing that increases puncture resistance.
