The 4 STAGES tire is always the right choice, whether your roads are smooth and dry or wet and full of dirt. It's more than just a great summer tire with incredible XP carcass protection; the SMART HYDRO tread compound makes it the perfect tire for all four seasons.

This hand-crafted XP range combines a supple Super Polyester carcass, reinforced from bead to bead, with our SMART HYDRO tread compound that optimises wet traction. Our new Easy-Fit Shape moulding process gently pre-shapes the tyre for easier mounting and inflation.

This Challenge TLR (Tubeless Ready) model is Hookless Rim Compatible. For a perfect tubeless fit, use Challenge Smart Tubeless Sealant.

Handmade

Handmade Challenge tires combine comfort, performance and grip in a way that other tires cannot match.

Our handmade jackets are assembled step by step by experienced craftsmen. High-quality natural adhesives and latex coatings are applied to ultra-pliable carcass materials such as silk, cotton or polyester.

The result is a small batch of tires with a riding feel that is simply on another level.

XP (Xtra Protection)

Durable High Performance – Extra protection under the tread and in the sidewalls makes the XP Series the choice for rough asphalt and gravel roads where sidewall cuts are common.

Super Polyester 260TPI carcass

Super Polyesters with higher thread density (220-300 TPI, threads per inch) make up our most affordable handmade carcasses. Polyester is much softer and stronger than nylon, is waterproof, and quite durable.

SMARThydro mixture

The same low rolling resistance as our SMARTprime compound, but with improved wet grip. SMARThydro forms the basis of our most versatile tires.

Frame reinforcement: Silver + Gold

Gold Armor protection combines Silver Armor sidewall reinforcement with an inner carcass layer that extends bead- to -bead to provide maximum damage resistance.
